Hot-rolled alloy steel pipes are seamless pipes produced from high-quality alloy steel round billets, pierced and hot-rolled in a high-temperature environment of metal recrystallization. The entire production process is seamless, eliminating welding and splicing, thus avoiding common defects in welded pipes such as porosity, slag inclusions, and weld cracking. Hot rolling is not simply heating and piercing; it is a precise science concerning temperature and deformation. On our production line, the heating temperature of the steel billets is strictly controlled between 1150℃ and 1250℃.
